    Plite Therapeutics ("we" and "us") operates (https://pliteusa.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the following terms. These terms aim to protect both parties and set expectations for our service.

    GENERAL

    Plite Therapeutics offers clear delivery expectations and provides tracking for every item ordered. Subject to stock availability. Although we strive to accurately update stock counts, there may be instances where stock discrepancies occur and not all items can be fulfilled at the time of purchase. In such cases, orders will be shipped separately and customers will receive multiple tracking numbers via email. If customers receive tracking numbers but fail to receive their order, claims must be made within 14 days through our customer service department.     We ship both domestically (US) and internationally.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    We offer free worldwide shipping.

    DELIVERY TERMS

    Domestic Transit Time

    Domestic shipments generally take 3-7 days in transit. Plite Therapeutics is not responsible for shipment delays caused by flight issues, weather, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In most cases, products are delivered to the destination address, but in some countries, customers may be required to pick up the purchased items from local authorities.

    International Transit Time

    International shipments generally take 7-15 days in transit. This varies greatly depending on location, courier, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control. Plite Therapeutics is not responsible for shipment delays caused by flight issues, weather, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In most cases, products are delivered to the destination address, but in some countries, customers may be required to pick up the purchased items from local authorities.

    Dispatch Time

    Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Preorder items are shipped and delivered within 25-30 days of placing an order. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours, except for national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In such instances, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.

    Change of Delivery Address

    We can change the delivery address before the order has been dispatched.

    P.O. Box Shipping

    Plite Therapeutics does not ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot offer courier services to these locations.

    Military Address Shipping

    We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but cannot offer this service through courier services.

    Items Out of Stock

    If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching the order. Existing items in the order will be reserved during this time.

    Delivery Time Exceeded

    If the delivery time has exceeded the forecast, please contact us for an investigation.

    DUTIES & TAXES

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

    Import Duties & Taxes

    Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country.

    This varies from country to country, and Plite Therapeutics encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

    These funds are neither paid to Plite Therapeutics nor are they set by Plite Therapeutics rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations.

    International customers are responsible for any government-imposed customs, taxes, and levies for the relevant product purchase.

    Plite Therapeutics does not refund any fees or costs for any international order confiscated by customs or another government agency.

    We do our best to label all boxes and customs forms with the text "Medical Supplies", which are usually duty-free. However, customs officers, who determine which Medical Supplies are duty-free and which are not, have full authority to charge you, the buyer, for the customs duty and taxes.

    Due to the complex and ever-changing customs policies, which vary widely from country to country, we cannot guarantee that your country permits the importation of the items you ordered.

    Therefore, it is important that you first become familiar with your country’s customs laws and contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products before placing an order with Plite Therapeutics.

    Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

    We do not mark packages as a gift.

    To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.

    We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love.

    Refusing to Pay Duties

    If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the shipper at the customer's expense and there will be no refund issued.

    If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

    CANCELLATION

    Customers can cancel their orders within 4 hours after placing an order if they change their mind for any reason.

    If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

    LOST PACKAGE

    Plite Therapeutics uses third-party logistics and is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once they are shipped.

    Plite Therapeutics will not honour any claims for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and have been confirmed: "delivered".

    TRACKING NOTIFICATION

    Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
