    Plite Therapeutics operates https://pliteusa.com ("Website"). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to the terms below, which are designed to protect both parties.

    RETURNS

    In the field of personal health and rehabilitation, a product may work effectively for many patients, but individual results may vary. We strongly advise working with your healthcare provider (HCP) before making any purchases of medical equipment or supplies.

    All products sold by Plite Therapeutics come with a 1-year replacement warranty against defects. Our policy allows for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not possible.

    All returned items must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and instructions, and in the same condition as when we sent them. Returns of items that are damaged have stains, pet hair, folded cards, broken seals/plastic foiling, or missing parts will not be accepted.

    All returns and exchanges undergo a third-party verification process. If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not offer a refund or exchange.

    For health and safety reasons, and due to the hygienic nature of some products, items including but not limited to personal medical products, compression garments, cervical and lumbar traction devices and accessories (with some conditions), facial massage devices, TENS/NMES units, pillows and cushions, beauty and personal care devices, cupping/moxa devices (FITDASH/ACHEFLY), and all cold laser therapy devices are not eligible for refunds if used or tried. These items are eligible for a warranty replacement or store credit at 20% off the initial value only. For more information on return eligibility for a particular product, please contact us.

    All claims for returns of defective products must be made by the customer to Plite Therapeutics within 72 hours of receiving the product via email. A receipt or proof of purchase, sent to you via email at the time of purchase, is required to complete the return process.

    Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer without prior notification. To notify us, email us at admin@pliteusa.com.

    Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item by a third party, Plite Therapeutics will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds do not include postage for unclaimed, lost, refused, or undelivered packages. Shipping fees are not refundable. A 25% restocking/disposal fee may apply (subject to conditions), however, it will be waived for exchanges of equal or similar value items that are brand new and unused.

    Delivery Claims: If you don't receive a package or if the tracking information states that it was delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 3-5 days for delivery and then contact the carrier to file a claim. Plite Therapeutics is not responsible for reported stolen, lost, or misplaced packages and will not issue a refund or store credit.

    Late or Missing Refunds: Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank for information on your refund. If still not received, contact Plite Therapeutics at admin@pliteusa.com.

    Sales Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Discounted items (40% or more) are considered final sales and cannot be returned for credit or refund.

    Exchanges: Plite Therapeutics only accepts exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact admin@pliteusa.com to initiate an exchange.

    Order Cancellation: Customers have 4 hours to cancel orders. Orders cannot be canceled after 4 hours, but a 6% cancellation fee may apply to reverse a payment if the order has not shipped.

    Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return. If not marked as a gift, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.

    Return Shipping: Upon approval of your return request via email, please return the product within 7 days to the address provided by Plite Therapeutics. Late returns will not be accepted.

    Please do not send the item without prior notification, as Plite Therapeutics reserves the right to refuse unapproved returns.

    You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from any potential refund.

    Delivery time for an exchanged product may vary based on your location.

    For items over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service with a signature required or to purchase shipping insurance for added security.

    Note: Plite Therapeutics cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
